There are admittedly better places to do that than the shared lodging they were expressly told would be such, but it's still nice every now and again to retire to a good, private spot that happens to be indoors. They have no inkling just yet on his status as a ghost, or as a former ghost, or whatever he may be, but they do know he carries himself with a very familiar poise and purpose. If not for the obvious indications to the contrary, he could almost pass for a Toin himself by manner alone, and that's a fact that puts them just the tiniest bit on edge. ]
